The Super User mode. Has all powers available on an OMG instance.
Can implement and modify any and all content. Can make an area go online or offline.
Can implement, but is restricted by an area's ACL. Can request that an area be taken online or offline.
Can handle things like conjuring up replacement items, doling out punishment for abusive gameplay, etc.
Has all facilities necessary to run quests.
Can reload the mud, mount and unmount area collections, and a few other maintenance options. Almost always this person will be trusted enough for wheel mode, so it's kind of pointless. Still kind of good if you need to give someone special abilities should the regular admin go on vacation and need to give someone these limited powers. Can take an area online or offline.
